Strength Training

Clinician-Supervised Strength & Conditioning
This is not random workouts.
Strength and conditioning at Brown Chiropractic & Rehab is assessment informed, clinician supervised training designed to build resilience, restore confidence in movement, and improve physical capacity.
Programs are built around fundamental movement patterns and progressed deliberately over time. Each person trains at their own level, either one on one or within a structured group environment.
The goal is simple. Become stronger, more capable, and more durable.
Who This Is For
We work with adults who want to train with structure and purpose.
• Individuals with a history of back, neck, or joint pain
• Recreational athletes returning to training
• Firefighters and tactical applicants preparing for testing
• Active adults who want to stay strong as they age
• Youth learning proper resistance training fundamentals
You do not need to be an athlete to train here. You need a willingness to improve.

Strength as Injury Prevention
Pain often develops when physical demands exceed physical capacity.
Rehabilitation reduces symptoms. Strength training increases tolerance.
Progressive resistance training is one of the most effective long term strategies for preventing and managing musculoskeletal issues. When tissue capacity improves, confidence improves. When confidence improves, movement improves.
Training is not separate from health. It is part of it.
The Group Training Model
Sessions are delivered in small groups under clinician supervision.
You receive:
• Individualized programming
• Ongoing coaching and technique correction
• Built in progression
• Accountability and consistency
• A supportive training environment
Group sessions allow for better pricing, shared momentum, and long term sustainability without sacrificing quality of care.

Structured, Progressive Programming
Every participant begins with an assessment.
From there, programming is tailored to your current capacity, injury history, and goals. Training progresses through planned phases focused on strength, power, and work capacity.
For those interested, aerobic conditioning and objective fitness testing can also be integrated to guide intensity and track improvement over time.
This is not a six week challenge. It is long term physical development.
