About Us

A different approach to rehab

Brown Chiropractic and Rehab was built around a simple idea. Treatment should not stop when pain improves. It should prepare people to return to work, sport, and everyday life with confidence.

For more than a decade, Dr. Brown has practiced chiropractic care in Thunder Bay, helping patients move from injury and pain back to strength and performance.

Many patients come to the clinic with back pain, sports injuries, or chronic aches that have limited their activity. Others want guidance returning to the gym safely or improving their fitness. Our goal is to guide that whole process, from assessment to rehab to strength and conditioning.

About Dr. Brown

Dr. Brown’s approach is shaped by over a decade in clinical practice, years studying human movement, working on chronic pain teams, playing varsity football, and serving full time as a firefighter in Thunder Bay.

That experience has reinforced a practical understanding of what bodies need to handle real life. Whether it is returning to sport, recovering from pain, preparing for tactical testing, or staying active as we age, strength and conditioning play a central role in long term musculoskeletal health.

Dr. Brown completed his chiropractic training after earning a degree in kinesiology. He has worked with patients recovering from injury, surgery, and persistent pain, with a consistent focus on exercise-based rehab and progressive strength training as the foundation of long term recovery.

Outside the clinic, he continues to train, play various sports, and stay active with his young family, applying the same principles he recommends to his patients.
