    Whether you’re unable to attend an in-person appointment or you prefer the convince of virtual care, online chiropractic therapy may be best for you.

    The purpose of online care is the same for an in-person visit. It’s to provide you with exceptional treatment and a plan for whatever it is that brings you to us. You should expect:

    History taking

    Range of motion and functional movement assessments

    Prescribe and perform exercise therapy

    Education about your condition

    Long term management planning

  • What do I need?

    All you need is an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or mobile device that has video capability.

    After your booking, a set of instructions will be sent via email. We use a secure interface that meets all the the required privacy standards. We encourage you to chose a space that you’ll be able to move around in, possibly up and down to the floor.

  • Chiropractors can do online care?

    Yes! Although most people associate chiropractic care with manual therapy, there is a lot that can be done virtually.

    The initial appointment involves a discussion to get to know you, your story and your background health. This is an in-depth dive into the reason for your appointment. Many prefer doing this virtually and then following up in person.

    If we’ve seen each other and all that is required is a check-in to update or modify  your specific exercise management plan, then virtual care may be best.

    If you’re travelling, enjoying the weather at camp, or reside outside of the Thunder Bay Area, all of these are common reasons for online sessions.
